How do I activate my Pro license?
After purchase you'll receive a license key by email. In SoundInbox, open Preferences → License, paste your key, and click Activate. Takes about two seconds.
Can I use one license on multiple Macs?
Yes. A Pro license supports up to 5 Gmail accounts and lets you activate SoundInbox on up to 3 Mac devices simultaneously. Need to swap a device? Deactivate an old machine from Preferences → License → Manage Devices, then activate on the new one.
Is there a subscription or recurring charge?
No. $9.99 is a one-time payment. You own the license. No annual fees, no surprise charges.
What's your refund policy?
If SoundInbox doesn't work for you within 30 days of purchase, email support@drolosoft.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Does it work offline?
SoundInbox requires an internet connection to poll Gmail. The license check works offline once the key is activated.
Can I transfer my license to a new email address?
Yes. Contact support@drolosoft.com with your original order email and the new address and we'll update it for you.
Does SoundInbox support Outlook or IMAP?
Currently SoundInbox supports Gmail and Google Workspace accounts via the Gmail API. Outlook / Microsoft 365 and generic IMAP support are on the roadmap for a future release.
