First launch: right-click the app in Applications and choose Open if macOS shows an "unidentified developer" warning the first time.

  • macOS 14 Sonoma or later
  • Apple Silicon (M1 / M2 / M3 / M4) or Intel Mac
  • Internet connection (for Gmail polling)
  • A Gmail or Google Workspace account

Getting Started

# 1 — Launch SoundInbox from Applications # 2 — Click the menu bar icon → Add Account # 3 — Sign in with Google and allow Gmail read access # 4 — Pick your alert sounds in Preferences → Formulas # 5 — Done — SoundInbox runs silently in the background

Activating Your Pro License

After purchasing Pro, you'll receive a license key by email.

# In SoundInbox Preferences → License → Enter license key → Activate

Activation requires an internet connection the first time. After that the license is cached locally and works offline.
